We hope you’ll love your new ME & JOE eyewear, and we’ll make sure it reaches you quickly and safely:
• Greece: Free shipping, free returns, and cash on delivery.
• EU: Free shipping via DHL.
• Rest of the world: €15 flat shipping fee.

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days.
Custom prescription lenses require 2–7 business days.

Please note: Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

Returns
We hope you will love your new ME & JOE eyewear, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to send it back to us.
• Greece: Free 30-day returns.
• EU: €15 return fee.
• Rest of the world: €20 return fee.

We’ll issue your refund using the same payment method you used, minus the applicable return processing fee for your country, within 2–7 days of receiving your return.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, with the original packaging
