You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Shipping Fees

Greece

• Your first return is free.
• Your first exchange is also free.
• Any additional return or exchange costs €5.

European Destinations

A return shipping fee of €20 applies to returns from: 
Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Rest of the World

A return shipping fee of €30 or the equivalent in local currency applies to returns from:
Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Peru, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.

Where we provide a prepaid return label, the applicable fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Returns are always free if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your request has been approved, we will send you the correct return address, instructions, courier details, and return label where applicable.

Please use only the address, courier, label, and shipping instructions provided by ME & JOE. Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or may result in additional shipping or customs charges.

For returns from outside the European Union, please follow our customs instructions carefully to avoid unnecessary duties or import fees.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

• unworn and unused,
• in their original condition,
• free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear,
• returned with their original case, packaging, accessories, documentation, and proof of purchase.

You may carefully try on the glasses, as you would in one of our stores.

Products that show signs of use or damage may not be accepted or may receive a reduced refund.

Prescription and Custom-Made Products

Prescription lenses and other customized optical products made specifically to your prescription or selected specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes photochromic lenses, high-prescription lenses, specially tinted lenses, and lenses with personalized filters or treatments.

This does not apply if the product is defective, incorrectly made, damaged, or different from what was ordered.

How to Return Your Order

Contact us with your order number and let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

We will guide you through the process and provide the return label where applicable.

You may also return an eligible product to a ME & JOE store with your proof of purchase. We recommend contacting us first, especially for exchanges, so we can confirm availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you when the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

The applicable return fee will be deducted from the refund, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please allow approximately 1–2 business days for the amount to appear in your account after the refund has been processed. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 30 days, subject to product availability.

For Greece, the first exchange is free and every additional exchange costs €5.

For European destinations listed above, a €20 return shipping fee applies.

For the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and other international destinations listed above, a €30 return shipping fee or the equivalent in local currency applies.

Any additional cost for sending the replacement product will be confirmed before the exchange is arranged.

Where the replacement product has a different price, the difference will either be charged or refunded.

Customs Charges

Customs duties, import taxes, and charges paid to local authorities are not refundable by ME & JOE.

Customers returning an order from outside the European Union must follow the shipping and customs instructions provided by our team.

Any additional charges caused by an incorrect customs declaration, unauthorized courier, incorrect address, or failure to follow our instructions may be deducted from the refund.
