RETURN POLICY
YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED.
When shopping at ME & JOE, you can always change your mind. We offer free shipping and returns in Greece.
Due to the spread of COVID-19, we have extended our returns policy to 30 days. If you're not 100% happy with your frames, we'll be happy to refund or exchange them up until 30 days after purchase.
JUST FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS:
The return of your ME & JOE order is free in Greece!
- You just have to contact our customer service team (help@meandjoe.com) or If you prefer you can call us (+30 2310260022) Mon-Sat 10:00-18:00
- We will arrange the pick up from your location with our courier provider for free!
- We will send you a return label as soon as possible.
- Pack item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories and manuals received with the product - make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This also includes prescription glasses and sunglasses.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
Refund
Once we have received your glasses back at our Headquarters, we will process a full refund. You can also always return your glasses at our store. Refunds normally arrive within 5-10 business days of receipt.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when you will expect your refund.
All refunds will occur via the original payment method.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Replacements - Try second pair
If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase and you want to try another pair, we’ll get you set up with a replacement.Simply call our Customer Service (+30 2310260022) that will arrange to pick up the product from your location with our courier provider for free! Free replacements concern only local shipments.
Once we have received your glasses back, a new product will be sent to you for a second try!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, because they have been custom made for you. Also non standard lenses (such as photochromic, high prescription lenses, blue filter)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
