Refund policy

How to Return

Your Satisfaction is Our Priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy. Returns within Greece are free. For returns from other EU countries, there’s a €15 charge, and for all other countries, it’s €20.

Please return items in their original packaging, including any documentation, accessories, and manuals, and make sure they’re good as new—no scratches or damage. Note that non-standard lenses (e.g., photochromic, high prescription lenses, blue filter) cannot be returned.

 

How do I return my order?

Return at a Store

Bring your return and proof of purchase at a store. We’ll inspect the items and process your return in the store so you’ll get your refund faster than if you ship your return to us.

Ship Your Return

Email us at help@meandjoe.com or call us at +30 2310260022, and we’ll send you a prepaid DHL return label. Just print it, pack up your item, and we’ll arrange for DHL to pick it up from your location. Easy as that! 🚀

 

Refunds and Replacements

Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm that the item is in its original condition, we’ll approve the refund and process it back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–12 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Replacements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the size or style isn’t right, you can request an exchange within 30 days from the date you received your order.

For orders within Greece, the first exchange is entirely free. Simply contact us first at help@meandjoe.com or call us at +30 2310260022, and we will guide you through the process.

All exchanges are handled through our partner courier company, Geniki Taxydromiki. If you choose to return your item using a different courier, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

For any additional exchanges beyond the first one, a €5 fee will apply to cover return and reshipping costs.

To complete your exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact. Additionally, you must include the original purchase receipt that was sent with your order.
