Shipping Information

Where do you ship?

Currently we offer free shipping and returns in Greece.                                      

We also offer paid shipping with paid returns to the following countries: Italy, Germany, Spain, France, Portugal, Finland, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Albania, United Kingdom, Ireland.

International shipping costs 15€.

 

When can I expect my order?

Order placed within 23:59 PM CET:

Within 2-10 working days for glasses without lenses.

Within 3-12 working days for glasses with lenses.

If you need your order sooner we offer an expedited option for an additional 10€. Just call us 2310 260022, we will arrange it for you!

The orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Orders placed before 12pm CET will be processed on the same day.

Weekend and public holidays are excluded from delivery periods. National, regional and local holidays are respected, as well as those of the market where our warehouse/logistics centre is located.

We ship primarily through Geniki Taxydromiki in Greece.

If the ordered products on our website were to be delivered extra EU, the buyer may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the parcel reaches its destination. Any additional costs for customs clearance shall be borne by the buyer. We cannot predict the amount of such costs over which we have no control. For information on customs policies of foreign countries, we invite the user to contact the local customs office.

 

Order Tracking

After the payment is authorised, you will receive an email with the order confirmation. Don't forget to check your spam :)

Once shipped, you will receive a warehouse dispatch confirmation email that will include a tracking number. With this tracking number, you can know the status and location of your order at any time.
