• Greece: Free shipping, free first return, free first exchange, and cash on delivery.
• European destinations: Free shipping via DHL.
• United Kingdom, United States, Canada & Rest of the World: Free shipping via DHL.

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Custom prescription lenses require 2–7 business days for preparation.

Orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your order.

• Greece: Free first return and free first exchange. Any additional return or exchange costs €5.
• European destinations: €20 return fee.
• United Kingdom, United States, Canada & Rest of the World: €30 return fee.

Please contact us at help@meandjoe.com before sending any item back. We’ll provide the correct instructions and return label.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition, together with the original packaging, case, and accessories.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the product has been received and inspected.
