Time of delivery

Delivery will be made within the 1 to 10 days from the date of order. The time of delivery can be extended, only when the customer/user has been notified.

Means of Delivery

The delivery of the products of every order will be made via courier.

Shipping Charges

The customer/user will not be charged with any shipping expenses of orders that will be delivered in Greece. On the contrary the customer/user will be charged with shipping expenses for order that will be delivered outside Greece.

Returns

A) Product Returns

Return of products at the expense of Me and Joe can be made on the following cases:

1. In all cases in which products were sold by mistake and by fault of Me and Joe (error at the reception of order, pricing error, wrong shipping etc.). At this case, the customer/user must accept the delivery of the product or to ask for its return, on the same day or the next working day of delivery in case that he has received the product. The products must be returned in perfect condition, in full, without any decay or other damages. Especially for returns of products like eyeglasses or sunglasses, they must be returned without any graze, scratch or any other abrasion, on the body of the eyeglasses and on the rest of the eyeglass frame. The eyeglasses case that accompanies the product must be the same and in perfect condition.

In case of incorrect shipping of products or services that have not been ordered, the unconditional receipt or failure to notify Me and Joe and return the products back, cannot be taken as consent, acceptance or expression of will to purchase them. In case that Me and Joe asks for the return of these products and the customer/user delays to return them for more than seven (7) days then his/her denial will be considered as an expression of will to purchase the products and the order will be considered as confirmed and the customer/user must pay their value in full.

2. In all cases that products of bad quality (damaged during shipping, bad packaging etc.) have been sold by fault of Me and Joe, then the customer/user must not accept the delivery of the product from the beginning or to ask for it return, the same or the next day of the delivery. These products must be returned in the same condition that were received by the customer/user. In case that the products will not be returned the same or the next working day, then the e-shop will not accept any return and will not replace the product. In case that the client will not return the product, then there will be no new product sent to him for replacement and the customer/user must make a new order/purchase.

3. The following condition is excluded: In case that an order is placed for eyeglasses or sunglasses where the lenses are customised in order to satisfy the needs of the customer/user, following the attached prescription of measurement from the doctor, Me and Joe will not recognize any mistake made from the eye measurement of the doctor. The same will apply in case that the customer/user has entered a wrong measurement using the option given by the website of Me and Joe.

For all cases the return time can be extended for more than three working days from the date of delivery. Additionally, for all cases, the product for replacement must be accompanied by the receipt, which will refer the date of return.

For all cases of 1 and 3 the products must be returned in perfect condition, where for case 2 must be in the same condition that was delivered to the client. In all cases 1 and 3 that the products are not returned in perfect condition, then the company will not replace the product.

B) Return of non faulty products with customer charge – Right of undeclared withdrawal by customer/user.

The customer/user has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery. This withdrawal must be made with the following conditions.

This withdrawal must be declared and has no charge. If the product has been delivered the customer/user must return the products in the same condition that he received it, with the sum of any individual component (if they exist), the printing matters that accompany it, and its packaging in perfect condition. Especially for returns of products like eyeglasses or sunglasses, they must be returned without any graze, scratch or any other abrasion, on the body of the eyeglasses and on the rest of the eyeglass frame. The frame must also be in the same perfect condition. The return of the product will be accepted only when the buyer has paid in full the shipping expenses for the return of the product, along with any documents that accompanied the product (dispatch note, receipt etc.). In case that the customer/user is not satisfied with the product due to personal reasons, on the date of the delivery of the product (ie. appearance of product, colour etc.), he can replace the product only if:

Has not used the product;

Has not lost any document;

Chooses a product that has bigger value and from the product that wishes to replace and pays the difference.

The statement of withdrawal can be exercised in written or electronically and Me and Joe is required to send acknowledgement of receipt of the statement of withdrawal as soon it is received by the company.

Following the statement of withdrawal, Me and Joe is obliged to refund the price that was collected within 14 days from the delivery of the products. There is no refund for the shipping expenses.

The refund to the customer, will be made in the same way with which the initial payment was made. Whereas the payment was made via credit/debit card, the refund will be made as such:

whereas, the price of product has been paid to Me and Joe via credit/debit card, before the statement of withdrawal and the return of the product, Me and Joe is obliged to notify the bank for the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will take any action needed, according to the agreement signed between the bank and the customer/user. The company (Me and Joe) has absolutely no responsibility about the time and the way of the cross-entry, which is ruled by the contract between the customer/user and the bank with which the customer/user is cooperating with. In case that the payment is made by bank transfer, the return of the money will be also made by transfer and the amount will be returned to the account of the customer/user. There will be no return of any amount in cash.

In case that the products will be returned damaged, destroyed or with missing parts Me and Joe has the right to seek compensation from the customer/user. The amount of the compensation will be determined from the condition of the products and Me and Joe will proceed to full or partial offsetting of the amount unilaterally, regarding the claim that the company has, against the customer/user.

The customer/user cannot withdraw when the products that have been sent, are customized to the needs and choices of the customer/user (especially when the products are eyeglasses or sunglasses bearing lenses customized to the needs of the customer/user, according to the prescription of the measurement of the doctor or the measurement of the eyes that were filled in by the customer/user, via the e-shop of Me and Joe.
